Payment Information and Conference Registration Fee

  • Early Registration Fee: US$575 (payment to be received on or before December 31, 2011)
  • Regular Registration Fee: US$650 (payment received between January and February, 2012)
  • Late/On-Site Registration Fee: US$725 (payment received from March 1, 2012 onwards)

Terms and Conditions
MexHIC Registration includes: Conference sessions, networking coffee breaks, and one lunch function. A closing reception for delegates will be hosted separately with no additional charge. Attendees will receive the participant roster. All travel and lodging plans and costs are the sole responsibility of the delegate and not covered by the registration fee. Registrations are only taken online, via fax, and via mail. Registrations cannot be taken over the phone. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the delegate upon receipt of registration information. Contact information provided by the delegate will be shared with other conference attendees and sponsors with a view to promoting networking and development of professional relationships. The delegate may request of us in writing that registration information not be shared. Delegates are required to wear their name badges to gain access to conference sessions and functions. Spouses and Guests are welcome only if full registered for the conference. MexHIC reserves the right to qualify all registrants and allow or prohibit anyone from attending this event. Conference topics, speakers, agenda, networking, and other events are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations can be granted following a written request from the registered delegate only. Requests for cancellation are fully refundable provided the request is received within 30 days of the original registration, and up to the time of the event. No refund would be in order following the conference date. Delegates may transfer registration following written notice from the delegate to MexHIC prior to January 31, 2012. After January 31, 2012, registrations are transferable with written notice for a fee of US$150.
